Estelí, Nicaragua

Nicaragua stands as one of Central America's most impoverished nations, ranking as the second poorest in the Western Hemisphere. In response to the pressing needs of the underprivileged, particularly in the realm of healthcare, Hope Clinic International initiated medical missions in Nicaragua in 2001. The culmination of these efforts resulted in the establishment of Tim’s Clinic in Estelí in 2005.

Tim’s Clinic is equipped with a dedicated pediatric and gynecological staff, a fully stocked pharmacy, and an operational clinical laboratory. This comprehensive facility is committed to delivering free healthcare services to children and young mothers residing in challenging health conditions. Our clinic conducts medical consultations, dispenses medications and vitamins, and performs essential lab work, extending aid to approximately 8,000 children annually.

Recently, Tim's Clinic has evolved into a self-sufficient healthcare clinic, demonstrating remarkable growth and resilience. Tim's Clinic has reached a point of autonomy, where it now operates independently. This positive transformation allows Hope Clinic International to shift its focus, confidently knowing that Tim's Clinic continues to thrive and serve the community without direct intervention.
